There were some scaffolders outside the building, working on the front wall very very early in the morning (6.30am) and screaming one to another, so It was very annoying. Also, it was a night were people made the check-in late at night and they were noisy. But staff tried to keep them quiet.Staff was very friendly and helpfull. They speak different languages, on top of Polish and English. Everything was very cleaned. Location is great. Easy to meet people. Good breakfast. Facilities to cook. It has also a big back garden. Worthy for sure!
Mundo hostel is in a perfect location, just off of the main Old Town square and a few minutes from the castle. The breakfast was tasty, the beds are comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and there's even a cute pet hedgehog that lives in the common area. Overall a really enjoyable stay.
We absolutely loved our stay in Hostel Mundo. Located a quick 5 minute walk to the old quarter main square and within easy reach of restaurants, shops and the train station. It was freezing during our visit but the hostel was so toasty, clean and beautifully decorated with really comfy beds it was like a safe haven to come back to! The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to help. And the included breakfast was amazing! Highly recommended!!
The Hostel is very good for its price. It's not meant to be something big. Has a good location, nice atmosphere, and offers a pretty good service. Natalia, at the front desk, was very nice and friendly as well. Would recommend it.
Plug socket and lamp by bed. Super close atm and supermarket. Breakfast was extremely good, meats, cheese, fruit, cereal, crepes/frenchtoast. Hostel is close to old town and jewish quarter. Only thing i found strange was there is one key per room so we had to leave it at the desk when going out. I don't think somewhere to go by yourself but for the weekend away that we wanted it was perfect. Happy with our stay here.
The hostel was awesome, we had a super comfy stay. The staff were extremely helpful, showing us the best places to go. Breakfast was delicious. The only negative was the location was a little far from most things, but still walkable.
Nice hostel with friendly staff. The double room we stayed in was quite loud due to its proximity with the bathroom, and the bathroom was actually quite cold. The hostel is very well located though, and with a very cosy common room and an AWESOME breakfast (which is included).
The hostel is amazing. It is really well located and the staff is really nice. The room was very confortable and bathroom where really clean. The breakfast was amazing!! Common area is perfect to stay and rest after walk arround Krakov. Loved it!!
Mundo Hostel was wonderful! We arrived early at 8:00 am, though check in was not until 13:00 we were given another available room to check into, and provided with breakfast. There is a lot of info on tours and sites at reception and we were able to easily book an inexpensive tour at the front desk. Reception remembered that we were to leave early for our tour and had arranged early breakfast. Victoria even cooked us apple pancakes and wrapped them up for us as we were flying out the door!!
We had the doubleroom with private bathroom with a taste of France. :) It was clean and nice room. The staff was also kind. Great breakfast served every day between 8-10. Even though we left 7 am the staff prepared breakfast for us. Located 10 minutes walk from Old town and 10 minutes walk from the Jewish quarter.
